Motor Vehicle Titles, Renewals & Forms
Registration
Vehicle registration renewals can be done in person at the Treasurer’s office, or online.
*Vehicle may not be renewed online if the registration is expired past its grace period.
Titling
Titling paperwork will be sent to the Treasurer’s office by your dealer. We will contact you by mail once the paperwork is received in office. If you are purchasing from a private individual, you are responsible for acquiring and bringing in the title, and all supporting documents, for title transfer and registration.
Driver’s License
The Treasurer’s office in Garfield County does not renew driver licenses, or give driver examinations. Click the button to view locations, hours of operation and requirements for the Driver Exam Stations.
**You may purchase a receipt for payment of your DL renewal at the Treasurer’s office, however the license is NOT RENEWED until you appear at the driver’s exam station.
