Recording & Filing Fees
Document Recording Fees
- Standard Recorded Document: $20.00 for 1st page, $10.00 per additional page.
- Non-Standard Recorded Document: $20.00 for 1st page, $10.00 per additional page + $10.00 per document.

Copy Services
- Certified Copy: $2.00 certification fee + copy fees
- Non-Certified Copy: $0.50 for first page, $0.25 for each additional page
Land Records
- Certificate of Survey: $25.00 each + $0.25 per tract
- Subdivision Plats: $10.00 + $0.50 per lot (up to 100 lots), additional fees may apply
- Realty Transfer Certificate: Download Form
Special Filings
- Military Discharge: No charge (available only to service person or upon proof of entitlement)
- UCC Lien Filing: $7.00
- UCC Continuation or Amendment: $5.00
- Termination of UCC Lien Filing: No charge
- All Other Documents Required to be Filed: $5.00
